I became plant-based when I was 13 years old while becoming involved in the organization; Food Not Bombs. I taught myself how to cook plant-based meals at a young age. I have a passion for living and teaching a healthy clean eating lifestyle.
I’m so ecstatic to see how much the plant-based diet has expanded in to our local restaurants, chains and seeing all the many plant-based protein options popping up and gaining ground every day in mainstream supermarkets.
I'm currently in the process of writing a vegan cookbook for kids to teach them how to eat a plant-based diet in a fun and playful way.
